Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Three years of progressively responsible experience in a human resources/personnel office or HR department that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position Experience with NAF human resources procedures and understanding/execution of MCO policy preferred. Ability to interpret and apply rules, regulations, and policies applicable to recruiting and staffing. Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and make decisions to implement appropriate recruiting strategies to fill vacancies. Proficiency in operating a personal computer and software programs to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing requirements while maintaining excellent customer service skills. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to convey a wide variety of information to diverse audiences. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in handling and working with highly confidential personnel and compensation. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required. Security Clearance Requirement: This position is designated Non-Critical Sensitive. The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret eligibility upon final adjudication of the Tier 3. Incumbent will be required to maintain Secret eligibility while in this position. An SF86 review will be conducted every 5 years or as required by higher authority. Subject will be entered into the Continuous Evaluation program which will allow them to be monitored for derogatory information, i.e., financial, police related, alcohol, drugs, etc. See Security Executive Agent Directive 4 (SEAD 4), National Security Adjudicative Guidelines.
