Job Description

1. Minimum of three years food service professional experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above. 2. Two years of supervisory experience working in a leadership role related to food service operations. 3. Must possess good customer relations and communicate effectively orally and in writing. 4. Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements, policies, and established procedures. 5. Possess or be able to obtain working knowledge of USDA Child Nutrition Program requirements, including National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program requirements, Free and Reduced-Price Meal eligibility and verification, meal accountability, confidentiality, and required recordkeeping is highly preferred. 6. Must be able to obtain and maintain TIER-1 Child Care (CNACI) background checks which are required for positions that involve working with children under 18 years of age. Please include MONTH/YEAR and HOURS per week for all previous work experience listed on the resume. If there is no indication of time in position, we will credit the minimum.
