Job Description
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of three years of Human Resources or related experience. Qualification Requirements: Ability to interpret and apply rules, regulations and policies applicable to recruiting and staffing. Demonstrated progressive Human Resources (HR) experience that includes experience with high volume recruiting and the development of talent pipelines an acquired knowledge of the theories, principles, practices and techniques of HR expertise. Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and make decisions to implement appropriate recruiting strategies to fill vacancies. Skills in operating a personal computer, various software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.). Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing requirements with excellent customer service skills. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to convey a wide variety of information to diverse audiences. Experience influencing and interacting with senior management and develop rapport and a high degree of trust, representing the recruiting department at the executive level. Ability to establishing candidate development methodologies to include best practices and core competency models. This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
