MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Three years of experience in supervising food and beverage operation, demonstrating knowledge of merchandising and inventory control, business administration, accounting procedures, and personnel supervision. Comprehensive knowledge and skill in the application of primary policies, regulations, principles, techniques, and procedures used in the proper administration of retail food operations for efficient operation, and proper control of merchandise, and equipment.
