Job Description

1. A four-year degree in Accounting, Business, or Financial Management; OR three years of demonstrated experience in Auditing, Internal Control, Program Analysis, Risk Management, or Fraud Investigation; OR three years' experience demonstrating familiarity with DoD management policies, concepts, practices, and principles in order to analyze and develop recommendations for improvement in MCCS operations. 2. Must have knowledge of basic statistical, accounting and budget principles and techniques. 3. Must have the ability to deal effectively and tactfully with others. 4. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.
