Must have at least three years' experience in performing career service duties in a large customer-oriented organization. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Education, Sociology or a related field is preferred. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities with Microsoft Office Suite, including developing reports, briefs and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must have excellent interpersonal skills; both written and verbal. Must have the ability to speak in front of small to large groups of people, including workshop/seminar facilitation.
