Job Description

Sufficient knowledge of Marine Forces Reserve structure and mission. A general knowledge of education principles and processes to help implement and administer education programs. Knowledge of the theories, principles, and techniques of education and training to provide personnel education advisement. Organizational and communication skills to develop working relationships with diverse military, civilian, professional, and technical populations. Ability to speak in front of large groups. Good verbal and writing skills. Requires, at a minimum, an Associate¿s degree or two years equivalent training. Ability to handle multiple projects at one time. Ability to deal effectively with subordinates, supervisors, customers, and others. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Ability to travel to various sites. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs may be required.
