Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of five years experience that demonstrates executive management and leadership skills at a level to effectively assist in planning, coordinating and delivering Marine & Family Programs portfolio of programs and services is required. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Must possess skills to manage complex programs; ability to resolve or negotiate a variety of sensitive problem situations; and an ability to effectively communicate with senior military and civilian officials. A thorough knowledge of business practices, economic principles, and ability to analyze trends and make improvements in execution parameters. Knowledge of personnel requirements for various categories of staff. Must possess excellent oral and writing skills and must have extensive knowledge of computers; possess a valid state driver's license; and be willing to travel on occasion.
