Minimum five years of executive-level leadership experience demonstrating strategic planning, financial oversight, and organizational management within a customer-focused environment. Strong knowledge of APF and NAF execution, sound business practices, and financial analysis required. Experience with military community programs highly desirable. Must demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to operate effectively within military structure and protocol. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
