Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: BACHELOR¿S DEGREE from an accredited college or university in field appropriate to the work of position AND THREE YEARS of experience that demonstrates knowledge of, and experience in military family readiness OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Demonstrable skills in developing, reviewing and implementing program policy, plans, procedures and standards. Experience analyzing and evaluating procedures and systems to improve operations. Ability to conduct reviews of the administration and operation of the program, determine compliance with established policies and procedures, and provide effective and comprehensive feedback to stakeholders. Possess experience in developing proposals or provisions in terms of impact on program resource requirements. Knowledge of the military structure and environment is preferred. Skills in using management information systems, office automation systems and processes, computer applications, principles and techniques. Ability to organize and effectively communicate orally and in writing; develop reports, proposals, charts and graphs; and conduct presentations. Demonstrated skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with, and gain confidence and cooperation of stakeholders to accept proposals on complex issues.
