Job Description

Must have at least three years of HR generalist experience in multiple functional areas such as talent acquisition, benefits administration, data entry, and new hire orientation. Knowledge of employment law and HRIS database maintenance. Must have the ability to plan, organize, and complete complex personnel operations. Must possess excellent customer service and computer skills. Must be able to work in a fast pace demanding work environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks, and the flexibility to adapt with changing requirements. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or closely related field highly preferred. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required. Position may require occasional evening and weekend work.
