Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 5 years' HR experience at the senior management level that clearly demonstrates an ability to plan, strategize, organize, and direct a comprehensive human resources operation. Direct experience in the development and deployment of effective change management practices during times of significant restructure, both departmentally and organizationally. Must have effective writing and oral presentation skills and the unquestionable ability to communicate with audiences at all levels. Must have a working knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems, (Oracle - PeopleSoft® preferred), to include the advanced application of statistical reporting that is available through those systems. Must have experience in formulating and administering a large operating budget. Must possess the ability to translate operational business strategies and then align HR programs & practices to support them. Must have the ability to ensure consistency in the application of organizational HR policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier-3 with secret clearance and/or non-critical sensitive clearance as required. This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
