Job Description
BASIC REQUIREMENTS Successful completion of a full 4 year course of study from an accredited college or university(degrees in a related field is preferred) , OR a minimum of three years of experience that demonstrates progressively more responsible operational management, administrative acumen, personnel supervision, and technical work; including knowledge in using a variety of arts and crafts tools and equipment. Must have two years of supervisory experience. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Leadership skills and ability in providing direction and maintaining effective working relationship with subordinate staff. Proficient computer skills include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience and ability to plan and implement a variety of recreation programs and ability to oversee a wide range of machining techniques to set up, adapt, and use appropriate machines, tools, and accessories, (e.g., woodworking). Must be able to accommodate flexible work schedule to include weekends, holidays, and nighttime. Demonstrated ability to apply generally accepted business concepts and merchandising methods in order to conduct business and financial analysis. Must be able to obtain a government driver's license to operate a light truck. This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
