Job Description
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 20 years of age AND have graduated from high school or been awarded a certificate equivalent to graduating from high school. (Valid documentation will be required upon hire.) Must be able to perform prolonged standing, walking, reaching, moderate lifting and carrying. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include weekends, holidays, and nighttime. Must be able to complete Cash Handling Training Course before handling fund. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of the sport of bowling, bowling center operation, and equipment maintenance use to a level which enables the incumbent to perform or direct minor maintenance or adjustments. Working knowledge in Microsoft Programs such as Word, Excel, etc. Strong verbal and written communications skills to write reports, correspondence and procedure guides; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of senior personnel, customers and the general public. Ability to read and interpret organizational policies and procedural guides as well as military orders and regulations, and ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form. Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, tact, and problem solving abilities, a team player actively looking for ways to help people. This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
