Must have one year experience in fitness, health, sports or group exercise with a minimum of two years customer service experience. A degree from an accredited college/university in a related field is preferred and may be substituted for three years of experience. Must be certified as a personal fitness trainer by a nationally accredited certifying organization or obtain within six months. Must currently have or obtain within six months a group exercise certification. This certification must be kept current throughout employment.
