What are we looking for? Minimum one year of general clerical and/or customer service experience required. Hotel/resort or temporary lodging facility experience preferred. Skill to operate a state of the art computerized reservation system. Skill to audit accounting and reservation records. Knowledge of customer service techniques to deal with various ranks of guests and situations.
