Job Description
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: 2-year degree from an accredited college or vocational school in fields related to duties of the position being filled AND a minimum of 2 years of specialized and progressively more responsible work experience in administrative support which demonstrates analytical ability, mature judgment, discretion, and knowledge of a substantial body of administrative or program principles, concepts, policies, and objectives. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. Knowledge in Microsoft software programs to include WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, and POWER POINT. Knowledge of SharePoint is desirable. 2. Knowledge of military and civilian business administrative principles, concepts and procedures including filing system and record retention standards. 3. Experience and ability to interpret budgetary, accounting, or other financial program guidance, including the application of established criteria in verifying and editing various financial reporting documents. 4. Knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and formatting used in general business communication. 5. Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner. 6. Ability to work independently and efficiently in handling multi-task assignments and prioritizing work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
