Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for NF-3 (Developmental): 1. 18 months of restaurant or related food service experience, OR successful completion of Named Brand Fast Food (NBFF) training. 2. Ability to become familiar with and understand Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) policies, orders and regulations relative to the work performed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for NF-3 (Full Performance): 1. Two (2) years of experience that provides knowledge of the operation of a food service or food concept facility as described above; or combination of experience to demonstrate responsible administrative and professional skills involved in field of sales, retail, food service, and/or cash handling procedures AND One (1) year of demonstrated experience as a leader or in a leadership role. 2. Must be able to supervise employees in performance of their duties and to deal effectively with Management officials and patrons. 3. Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing. 4. Must be able to obtain and maintain a low-risk, non-sensitive Tier-1 background investigation with Favorable eligibility as required. *When performing a majority of daily duties on a regular, recurring basis with School Lunch Program, incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain the equivalent of a Tier-1 background check with childcare coverage.
