Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor¿s degree in management, business, or other related field or an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, or appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Must have a minimum of 4 (four) years¿ experience in restaurant, fast-casual, or fast-food management, and experience in food safety. Must have demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks including food, beverage, and labor cost while maintaining standards of operation in daily restaurant activity. Must have the ability to analyze a food business operation and make recommendations for improvement. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Must be customer service-orientated. Demonstrates a willingness to implement and support EEO, Reasonable Accommodations, and other employee initiatives and safety programs.
