Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Business, Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field appropriate to the work OR 2 years of appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Recent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications or a related field that shows the ability to perform the above duties as required. Demonstrated experience in Project Management, CRM, email, social media campaigns. Demonstrated experience in advertising development, production, and delivery, and familiarity with the related technologies, methodologies, and concepts. Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (CMS). Demonstrated ability working with metrics, analysis, and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze this data and make decisions related to marketing and communication efforts. Experience with visual communication principles. Familiarity with design principles. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Must successfully complete all applicable background investigations for Federal suitability for employment. The position requires attention to detail, adaptability, collaborative skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines while projecting confidence and courtesy. WORK CONDITIONS: This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required. Occasional travel may be required. Primary place of duty is in an office setting.
