About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Yukon Club. The Yukon Club is a wonderful addition to Eielson AFB. Offering catering services, Bonfire Grille & Restaurant, Midnight Sun Mocha Coffee Shop and Yukon Club Bar. Come help plan and organize private parties, squadron functions and special membership affairs at the Yukon Club Bar. APPLICATIONS WILL BE PULLED FRIDAYS AT 8:00AM UNTIL POSITION IS FILLED.

Qualifying Experience: - Progressively responsible experience in quantity cooking, preparation of a variety of food items, menu planning, quality and cost control of food preparation, inventory and storage procedures for food supplies and equipment, and procurement of food supplies and equipment. - The experience must include supervising personnel. - In addition, the incumbent must have knowledge of dietetics, planning culinary activities, and portion control.
