Job Description

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: - Applying results-driven methodologies to elevate an organization's data maturity, including establishing a unified data lexicon and reference data standards, and developing and implementing enterprise data quality and metadata management policies; AND - Demonstrating technical expertise across data analytics, data architecture, data integration, including experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), ETL/ELT pipelines, and business intelligence software; AND - Providing leadership to cultivate and sustain a data driven culture through development and implementation of enterprise data strategies, data governance frameworks and/or AI governance models. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-15, you must have been at the GS-14 level for 52 weeks. Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a nontemporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
