Job Description
In addition to demonstrating the basic requirement listed in the education section of this announcement, applicants must also demonstrate possession of specialized experience. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, NQ-02 (GS-12), in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting the following: Applying advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to understand, assess, and forecast workforce trends that inform strategic manpower planning and policy decisions; Providing senior-level decision support for manpower and administrative functions by delivering data-driven insights, analyses, and recommendations that guide organizational resource decisions; and Leading data-driven initiatives to improve the quality, integration, accessibility, and usability of workforce and manpower data across the organization, enhancing analytic capability and decision-making effectiveness.
