Job Summary
This position is part of the Office of Management, Department of Energy. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as a technical expert for the Foreign Travel Management System (FTMS) and Foreign Travel policy. You will work with the Office Director in overseeing the official passports and visas program. The role also involves serving as the FTMS Coordinator, offering knowledge of the system's features and requirements to all DOE users.
Job Description
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-11 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following: Utilizing regulations and procedures related to domestic and foreign travel (e.g., Federal Travel Regulations, Federal Foreign Travel Procedures, e-Gov Travel Service systems, or ConcurGov, etc.) to perform assignments. Advising customers on foreign travel requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations or changes to travel requirements. Generating travel system reports and assisting staff in delivering training on travel system features, capabilities, and requirements to travel arrangers. Reconciling account billings within automated accounting systems and conducting post-travel audits. Limit your resume to no more than two (2) pages.
