Job Description

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-15 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Leading the review of accounting records and data; AND - Leading or participating in the development of technical policies and procedural instructions for financial management; AND - Leading the implementation of Financial Accounting System applications and related contracts, such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, or other accounting applications; AND - Leading or overseeing Financial or Accounting IT systems, including operational support, implementing updates, and user support; AND - Overseeing or managing IT projects with financial accounting systems to confirm appropriate updates. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
