This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Agency Compliance and Engagement Division. As a Business Systems Analyst (Product Owner), you will be providing oversight of and manage a multidisciplinary team following the principles of Agile and Human-Centered Design to develop authoritative data standards, manage data collection infrastructure, and develop user-centric websites or products.

One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Experience leading or coordinating large multidisciplinary groups that support mission-critical data, digital products, system, or business process improvement efforts, including gathering requirements, documenting needs, tracking deliverables, and supporting implementation; And - Experience reviewing policies, regulations, legal requirements, security standards, or technical documentation to identify requirements, gaps, or needed updates, and developing written guidance, procedures, or documentation that supports compliance, decision-making, or system/product implementation; And - Experience analyzing financial management systems, workflows, or data management practices to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support alignment with policy requirements, technical standards, or organizational priorities.
