Job Summary

This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Transformation and Innovation Services Division. As a Change Management Practitioner and Analyst, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and executing change initiating efforts focused on developing transformation direction, implementation planning and execution, and advancing enterprise-level priorities.

One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized Experience for the GS-13, you must have one year (full 52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments to support employee adoption and acceptance of organizational change. AND Experience participating in efforts to execute the effective and timely implementation of enterprise-wide change initiatives. AND Experience providing advisory services to leadership to develops the case for change management, minimize employee resistance, and maximizes employee engagement.
