Job Summary
This position serves as a Senior Attorney Advisor in the Legal Programs Office of the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA). The incumbent provides expert support, assistance, advice, and policy guidance regarding legal process and procedures for the United States Attorneys as it relates to all aspects of civil litigation (defensive and/or affirmative), which includes bringing claims on behalf of, and/or defending the interests of, the United States.Job Description
Required Qualifications: Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree, be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction), and have at least 4 years post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience bringing claims on behalf of, and/or defending the interests of, the United States and in litigation of affirmative and/or defensive civil cases.
