Job Summary
This position is located at Departmental Offices,Management CFO - Treasury Operations. As a/an Enterprise Asset Management Specialist, your primary purpose of this position is to provide mid-level program oversight and operational leadership for the Departmental Offices' and Bureau Personal Property and Fleet management functions within the Logistical Support Branch.
Job Description
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience meeting both of the first two requirements and one of the remaining two: -Manages or leads the planning, development, administration, and governance of personal property, asset, or fleet management programs to ensure execution and compliance with regulatory requirements and to support organizational decision-making and program effectiveness. AND -Develops and/or implements policies and procedures for property/asset and fleet management programs; AND -Analyzes property/asset and fleet data (e.g., inventory, utilization, or cost) and provides recommendations to Senior Leaders for decision-making; OR -Provides technical advice and customer service to program managers on policy interpretation, system usage, procurement requests, specifications, inventory, and disposal practices; SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in one or more of the following: -Assists with personal property, asset, or fleet management activities by following established procedures to support accountability, lifecycle tracking, and compliance with applicable regulations and policies. OR -Updates and maintains property, asset, or fleet records in a tracking system and helps verify that information is accurate and complete. OR -Supports inventory counts, utilization tracking, and routine reporting for property, assets, or fleet operations to help management monitor resources and make informed decisions. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service.One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
