Job Summary

The Facilities Program Manager position is in the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO), Department of Administrative Services, Facilities and Security Office (FSO), Program Management Branch. FSO manages, oversees, and supports security, emergency preparedness, and space and facilities programs for the AO, courts, and other judiciary offices. FSO also provides administrative services within the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building.

Job Description

Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience as a technical expert providing advice and guidance to management officials on architectural designs, layout, and alteration; and analyzing and reviewing designs for conformance and compliance.
