We seek an Electrical Test Data Steward to lead critical data management workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize technical records supporting substation engineering and field operations.

Job Description

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience 1) managing the workflow of technical data, such as electrical system test results or engineering records, to ensure its accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to compliance standards; 2) analyzing data processes to identify discrepancies and coordinating with technical teams or contractors to resolve routine data integrity issues; and 3) utilizing business software or databases (e.g., SharePoint, Concur, or similar business software) to track, document, and report on technical information. "Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
