Job Summary

This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, with in the Associate Director - Manufacturing. As a Deputy Associate Director of Manufacturing, you will be a key member of the BEP leadership team with responsibility for supporting the manufacturing operations strategy and its execution.

Specialized Experience for the GS-15, you must have one year (full 52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: - Planning, coordinating, or leading large scale, industrial manufacturing or production operations consisting of 100+ employees or working in a related field that directly supports manufacturing/production. AND - Ensuring delivery of high quality, secured products through effective oversight, accountability, and continuous improvement efforts. AND - Assisting in driving improvements in equipment efficiency, work practices, and service quality, using established methodologies and performance management. AND - Reviewing and applying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leveraging strong computer and data analysis skills. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-15, you must have been at the GS-14 level for 52 weeks.
