About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Outdoor Recreation at Maxwell, AFB.. This is a Regular Full-Time position. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Progressively responsible management experience in recreational and/or hospitality operations with knowledge of funding streams and demonstrated work experience developing and executing budgets and marketing. Ability to supervise a diverse workforce. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; deals effectively with subordinates, management officials, and patrons. Ability to use a computer and various Microsoft Office software. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. may be required. Must have ability to work uncommon hours to include nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
