Job Summary

About the position: The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for the efficient operation of the cashier's cage and the daily operation of the cashier-checker stations for the Misawa Collocated Club of the 35th Force Support Squadron, Misawa AB, Japan. This is a Regular Full-Time position; guaranteed 35 hours per week but may work up to 40 hours a week depending on the needs of the facility. Military Spouse Preference IS lost if selected for this position.

Qualifying Experience: Must have progressively responsible experience which provided a comprehensive knowledge of accounting methods, procedures, and techniques. Must have extensive knowledge and experience in the receipt, disbursement, examination, and deposit of cash items. Must have supervisory experience. Experience working with foreign currency, slot harvest requirements, and bingo replenishments is highly desirable. Conditions of Employment: Must possess skill in dealing with the public. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 background check. Must have ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
