Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Working knowledge of computer operation and graphic art techniques. layout and design. Experience in design and art techniques of at least one year is desirable. Must have experience in clerical, office, cash handling, inventory or retail sales store work. Experience must demonstrate knowledge of proper cash handling procedures, the ability to resolve common arithmetic problems used when receiving payment from customers. and the ability to operate a cash register. Must be able to read, speak, and write clearly and accurately in English. Must be able to spot errors in grammar and spelling. Must possess skill in dealing with the public. Must be physically able to lift and carry items up to and including 50 pounds.
