About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Pine Oaks Golf Course at Robins AFB. The purpose of the position is to perform manual laboring tasks involving the use of heavy hand tools and heavy power equipment associated with maintenance of the golf course. This is a drug testing designated position.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Skill and Knowledge: Knowledge and skill in the operation, control, and cleaning of heavy power equipment (e.g., single-function power lawn mowers with one or more cutting decks and mechanical controls). Knowledge of how to work safely with heavy tools. Skill in performing routine operator maintenance and adjusting the cutting height of blades on power mowers. Experience which demonstrated the ability to operate, control and clean heavy powered equipment. Must be able to follow oral and/or written instructions. Must be physically able to frequently lift and carry heavy objects weighing more than 50 pounds. Work that does not require the skill and knowledge in operating heavy equipment continually involves extreme physical effort, such as constantly lifting or carrying objects weighing 80 to 100 pounds or more with assistance.
