About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Pine Oaks Lodging on Robins AFB, GA.Regular Part Time employees are guaranteed 20 hours per week, but may work up to 34 hours per week.Must be available to work irregular hours to include weekends and Holidays.This position does offer benefits.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.Qualifying Experience:Applicant must have a general knowledge and background experience in home maintenance skills, for example, carpentry, equipment, plumbing, painting, electrical etc. Knowledge and demonstrated ability to inspect, repair & replace components & accessories on telephones, refrigerators, vacuums, weed eaters, leaf blowers, & pressure washers. Knowledge of standard surface preparation, coating methods and techniques. Requires a working knowledge of moving and stationary equipment, electricity and hand tools. Must be able to lift objects & move objects weighing over 40 lbs. Must be able to do more than one task at a time and use judgment in sequencing tasks. Must be able to work indoors or outdoors subject to weather, dust and drafts.
