This position will be assigned to the Air Force Services Center at Port San Antonio, TX. This is a regular full-time category position with guaranteed 40 hrs. per week. Employees appointed to a regular category position are eligible for benefits.

Qualifying Experience: Proven project management work experience. Desired Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience as a military planner. Experience drafting mission/business plans or proposals for the purpose of operating a business. Experience in the field of logistics, marketing, construction, entertainment, or recreation. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: Knowledge of with transformation strategies, process improvement, standard industry business practices, contracting procedures, and technical concepts Ability to plan, organize, manage research, development and execution of a project as well as integrate, analyze and manage a variety of project management functions and personnel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of informal supervision, team building, staff work, critical thinking and problem solving, decision-making and leadership, adaptability, and have experience to work under stress. Organization/ time management skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
