Qualifying Experience: Some degree of manual skill and prior work experience is required to work safely with heavy hand tools or to operate, control, and clean heavy power equipment. Manual skill and knowledge to operate simple power equipment, such as powered push lawnmowers, leaf blowers, weed trimmers and low-pressure sprayer. Knowledge of basic hand tools such as handsaws, hatchets, clippers. Ability to read and follow simple signs and specific written and/or oral instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps. Physically able to frequently lift and carry objects weighing over 50 pounds and be able to use heavy hand tools and operate equipment. Frequent walking, standing, and pushing of equipment.
