About the position: This position is a RFT (full-time) Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) position assigned to the Ft Eustis Community Programs on Joint Base Langley-Eustis VA - Ft Eustis location. Position is guaranteed 35 hours per week. This position may be subject to holidays, nights, weekends and on-call work. Applicant must have a current drivers' license.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Applicant must have experience which has provided a general familiarity with the routines and procedures followed in group activities or programs. Must have demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level of the position. Must be able to deal effectively with both children and adults. Experience in responsible clerical or office work of any kind in which the applicant demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level of the position. Work requires frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and carrying. Frequently lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 pounds. Frequently exposed to possibility of cuts and serious injuries and/or falls. Works both indoors and outdoors. Exposure to elements, cold and heat, humidity, rain, drafts, dirt, dust, and noise. Special care is required to avoid serious injury. Subject to an irregular tour of duty. Position requires satisfactory completion of a National Agency Check w/Inquiries and Food Handler's Certification. Must have a current drivers' license. "This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject for random testing/or drug use. " Condition(s) of Employment: Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required.
