Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have customer service experience which required face-to-face and over the phone assistance. Must have ability to communicate both orally, in writing and in group settings. Must have basic computer skills working with Microsoft Word, data entry, e-mail and website searches. Knowledge/experience which provides a working familiarity with group activities or programs is highly desirable. Cash handling experience: accepting payments by cash, credit card is highly preferred. Successful completion and favorable adjudication of a Tier 1 Level background investigation is required. May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support facility operations and special events.
