About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Community Service Flight. This is a Regular Full-Time position with benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, 401(k), and annual/sick leave). Must be able to work as a team and independently. Qualifying Experience: Must have experience in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events or recreation programs. Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients, vendors, and volunteers. Excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception through completion. Must posse.ss skill in dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of safety and risk management principles as they apply to public events. Condition(s) of Employment: Employee must have a valid driver's license if required to operate a Government Motor Vehicle (GMV). This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use. Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier I Level) is required.
