You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Experience in responsible clerical or office work which includes demonstrated ability to perform common arithmetic problems, and making change when receiving payments from customers. Experience in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit or other processing of cash items when this includes (1) direct handling of cash items, and (2) use of cash accountability control methods. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Must possess skills dealing with the public. Possess the ability to use basic Microsoft programs. Incumbent is required to drive a government vehicle in the performance of his/ her duties. Must be able to provide a copy of his/her driving record. This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random drug testing. Knowledge of procedures for safeguarding cash and negotiable instruments as outlined in AFMAN 34-202. This directly links the position to its core compliance requirement. Condition(s) of Employment: Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required. Individual must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and an exemplary driving record. The record must remain free of major traffic violations, DUIs, or reckless driving convictions that would preclude the operation of Government Motor Vehicles (GMV).
