About the position: This position will be assigned to Outdoor Recreation FamCamp at Barksdale AFB, LA. This position is a intermittent (flexible) position. Intermittent (Flexible) employees have NO guaranteed hours but maybe worked 0 to 40 hours a week. Intermittent (flexible) position have DO NOT have any benefits. This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Applicant must have experience which provided a working familiarity with the routines and procedures followed in group activities or programs; and practical knowledge and/or experience of recreational activities and equipment, rules and procedures in a recreation program activity which has involved recreation work in the area of specialty in which the position is assigned. Skills and experience with digital point of sale systems is highly desirable. Must have the ability to operate vans and trucks with manual transmissions in all weather conditions. Must possess a current state driver's license. This is a Drug Tested designated Position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use. Must be able to frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds. Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical.
