Qualifying Experience: Must have knowledge of management principles and practices through administrative, professional, technical or other work. Must have gained knowledge in a fast food/casual restaurant, club, cafeteria, or similar establishment. Experience and knowledge in food preparation and characteristics of food. Must be able to coordinate, plan and time meal preparation, to eliminate time and food waste. Must have strong knowledge of latest Tri Service food code experience as well as ServeSafe certification per local public health.
