Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Skill and knowledge to perform tasks involving several procedures, follow simple recipe cards, and identify correct proportions and mixtures to use in preparing beverages. Ability to use hand tools for cleaning and operate simple machines. Knowledge of sanitation standards in handling and serving food, cleaning equipment and work area. Ability to communicate with customers and possess skills in dealing with the public. Physically able to frequently lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Must be able to continuously stand, walk, stoop, reach, push, pull and bend for long periods of time. Must meet the appropriate minimum age requirement for working with and/or servicing alcoholic beverages based on state requirements. Ability to work an irregular tour of duty, to include weekends, nights and holidays. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
