About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Falcon Dunes Golf Course on Luke AFB. This is a Regular Full-Time position, guaranteed 35hrs per work week and benefits.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have at least six months experience in managing a food and beverage outlet to include, cooking, costing and planning, budgeting, and personnel management. Must have experience in and knowledge of food preparation principles and characteristics of food and of planning processes to ensure entire meals are prepared and cooked on time. Must have knowledge of procedures to order, issue and store food. In addition, experience which demonstrates the ability to plan and organize social functions is desirable. Must have experience in computing budget and marketing development and analysis, cost of sales, break-even analysis and labor management.
