About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Information Ticket and Travel Office. You will provide assistance and information to customers on ticket, tour and travel opportunities, community center programs and base-wide events.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Applicant must have experience in responsible clerical or office duties, which includes ability to perform common arithmetic problems and to make change when receiving payments. Experience in coordinating travel arrangements, i.e. ski packages and condo, car, cruise, train, and airline reservations is preferred. General travel knowledge to include processing reservations is preferred. Basic computer knowledge (Windows 7 and above, MS Office programs) is required. Applicant must be able to read, write and speak English. Must possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with the public. Applicant must have experience handling multiple tasks concurrently and developed organizational skills. Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds. A valid driver's license is required.
