About the position: This position will be assigned to the Peterson Hub located on Peterson Space Force Base. Position is a position of trust. This position may require shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have experience that shows progressively, responsible, administrative, professional. technical, or other work which has provided a general knowledge coordinating events. Must have experience which demonstrates the ability to plan and organize social functions of large group of people. Experience scheduling special events. catering. and knowledge of marketing promotional concepts is required. Substitution for general experience: a four-year degree from an accredited college with a major in Hospitality or Event Management may be substituted for the general experience. Must be able to obtain a food handler's certificate and/or complete food handler's training Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and possess skill dealing with the public. Must be able to read, \\T1te, and speak English. Must be able to work independently and be subject to an irregular tour of duty Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier I National Agency Check with inquiries (NACI) You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
