About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Manatee Cove Marina on Patrick SFB, FL. This position includes the opportunity to enroll in Health and Life Insurance, 401K and Retirement, Annual and Sick Leave. This position requires shift work to provide coverage on days, evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. Scheduled hours will be 35-40 per week.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Progressively responsible administrative, professional, technical or other work that provided a general knowledge of management principles and practices and progressively responsible experience in one or more functions of revenue-generating operation is required. Experience must include direct supervision over various phases of management operations (budgeting, human resources, long-range capital planning, facility management and customer service). Preferred but not required, experience in managing a Department of Defense revenue generating activity. A good working knowledge of operating and handling leisure watercraft is desirable, as well as knowledge of standard boating safety & regulatory rules. Must be able to obtain a government driver license. Must successfully complete a Tier I background investigation and any other background or security requirement. This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing of drug use. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
